AGE REQUIREMENT TO PURCHASE AIRSOFT:
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase Airsoft products from your site. We reserve the right to contact buyer and request verification of the buy to meet the requirements prior to completing the sale and transaction.
 
CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
Airsoft Craze accepts only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for payment on orders to be delivered within the United States unless pre-approved in advance of placing order. Any order received involving Airsoft Guns with mailing address outside the United States will be automatically cancelled. For orders with separate billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to verify the order via telephone before shipment. We understand this could be inconvenient to some customers; however it is necessary to prevent as best possible credit card fraud and also to prevent minors from obtaining Airsoft replica products. 
 
All billing/shipping addresses must match information which is on file with the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.  In the event we’re unable to work out credit card issues with financial institution; you will be required to settle any issues or problems before reorder. Once the problem is resolved we would be happy to work with you in making your purchase.

CHECK PAYMENTS:

Check Payments will need clearance before merchandise is shipped. Checks are t be made out to Airsoft Craze. All payments and billing are processed through Airsoft Craze or it partner company IMP, Inc.
 
COD’s
We do not accept COD Orders at this time. If COD is your only means of purchase email us at sales@airsoftcraze.com.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We currently do NOT ship Airsoft Guns outside of the United States. Items other than Airsoft guns unless restricted by country of buyer we will ship products but all sales are required to be paid in full utilizing payment through Wire Transfer only.
 
SHIPPING:
Airsoft Craze utilizes UPS as our primary shipper for all orders purchased. UPS can not deliver to a Post Office Box. If you receive mail via a Post Office Box you must provide a physical street address in the shipping address section of your profile. By not providing correct shipping address can only result in delaying the order from shipping out or potential cancellation.
 
Any orders to Alaska and/or Hawaii must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day/ Overnight Ai as UPS does not offer UPS Ground to both locations. By not selecting 2nd Day /Next Day or Overnight Air shipping at checkout this can result in delaying your order from shipping or possible cancellation. Be aware, UPS doesn’t not guarantee overnight shipping to Hawaii. Therefore Airsoft Craze is not responsible for guaranteed overnight delivery by UPS if deliver is delayed.
 
WARRANTY:
Most Airsoft gun come with a manufacturer DEFECT warranty of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Warranties are good from the day customer purchase product and regulated by the specified purchase date on the receipt or invoice. Buyer must return copy of receipt or invoice showing proof of purchase fro Airsoft Craze and date. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use you may request RMA # within 30 days of delivery and return the item with given RMA# provided by Airsoft Craze for repair or replacement. The warranty is void if the item is altered or abused (Examples: altering or removing the orange tip, disassembling, reusing BB’s or shooting wrong type or weight BB, using paintballs not recommended, dropping or mishandling the product).
 
If you take your gun apart the warranty is automatically void!  DO NOT take the gun apart or try to fix your gun unless under direct instruction from our service department or authorized approved dealer of Airsoft Craze.
 
Damage sustained during use in “training exercise, airsoft/paintball games” and/or similar example is not covered under warranty.  In other words if you bought an Airsoft gun that has warranty and you drop it in water or hit a tree, etc. we are not going to fix your gun or rifle due to your negligence under the warranty. If your gun is dropped or hit against a tree the manufacturer will not pay for a replacement gun. Fixxing the gun will be at the customers expense for parts, labor and shipping to and from repair location.
 
Some items will need to be returned to the importer or manufacturer for repair or replacement.  We do not issue provide prepaid shipping labels nor do we commit to a time line on when the item will be return to you. If item is returned as RMA the customer is responsible for all shipping cost of the product to and from the required location of which it would be either repaired or replaced.
 
Why do I have to pay for shipping to send back a broken item? All returns need to be evaluated by our Authorized Airsoft Products Technicians. If after the evaluation it is determined the item/RMA in question is broken due to manufacturer’s defect, in most cases you will be compensated for the return shipping only.  If the gun was not manufacture defect the customer is responsible for shipping cost to and from repair center.
 
We try and make every possible effort to be as reasonable as possible on RMA.  For example, if you or a friend did something to your gun so it is no longer working or covered under warranty, please contact us just tell us the problem and truth. We will do our best to help you. Airsoft products yes are toys but still do not “just fall apart.” Please be as precise as possible when explaining how or what happened to your broken gun.
 
WARNING:
Altering or removing the blazing orange/red tip from an Airsoft gun will automatically void its warranty. Federal and State laws prohibit commercial sale or transport of an Airsoft gun without orange safety markings on the barrel and/or trigger and ring. Any gun sent back with the orange tip altered or removed will be immediately or automatically DESTROYED with NO COMPENSATION to the customer. Any gun returned without an orange tip will be digitally photographed, documented and a notice of alteration will be sent to the customer.
RMA:
All customers must obtain an RMA # prior to sending product back to Airsoft Craze. Any RMA or returns received by customers with out the propor RMA# or ID will not be received by Airsoft Craze Shipping and Receiving Dept. Any products being returnd with out RMA# number will be rejected and/or returns to customer at customer’s expense.
RETURN:
Any and all product that is returned is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Two avoid this fee and shipping fees please confirm items with sales department if need be prior to purchase.
